                                     Nominees for 2025 Officers Pending

The nominees for officers for the next year have been determined.  Election of these officers
is set for December 8 regular meeting.  The installation of the new officers will take place at
the January 11, 2024 meeting.

An open house installation of officers is set for January 11, 2024.  The meeting for this event will take
place at 7:30 on this evening and is open to family and friends of the incoming officers.

At our lodge are approximately 50 beautiful Masonic coins still available for sale.  We are pricing them at $10.00 each.  You can see the secretary for purchase on lodge meeting nights or else contact him at gblank646@hotmail.com.  The secretary would be willing to meet you at the lodge anytime for selection and sale.

  Prayer of Thankfulness

  Father and Master,
      As we come into the season of thankfulness, we thank you for teaching
  us what is right.  Grant that we may indeed have eyes to see you 
  and ears to hear you as we venture through each day.  May the 
  blessing of heaven rest upon us. May brotherly love prevail and may
  every moral and social virtue cement us.  Amen.
   

  Prayer to the Holy Spirit

  O Great Spirit,
      whose breath gives life to the world,
      and whose voice is heard in the soft breeze:
  We need your strength and wisdom.
  Cause us to walk in beauty.  Give us eyes
      ever to behold the red and purple sunset.
  Make us wise so that we may understand
      what you have taught us.
  Help us learn the lessons you have hidden
      in every leaf and rock.

   Washington's Prayer For The Nation

   Almighty God, we make our earnest prayer that
  Thou wilt keep the United States in thy holy protection;
  that Thou wilt incline the hearts of the citizens to
  cultivate a spirit of subordination and obedience to 
  government, and entertain a brotherly affection and
  love for one another and for their fellow citizens of
  the United States at large.
    And, finally, that Thou wilt most graciously be pleased
  to dispose us all to do justice, to love mercy, and to 
  demean ourselves with that charity, humility, and pacific 
  temper of mind which were the characteristics of the 
  Divine Author of our blessed religion, and without an
  humble imitation of whose example in these we can
  never hope to be a happy nation.
  Grant our supplications, we beseech Thee, through
  Jesus Christ our Lord.  Amen


   A Prayer For Free Masons

  As Free Masons we believe in You..... God the Father Almighty.  
  We thank You for all the many and countless blessings that You
  bestow upon us.  We ask that You guide and direct us as we       
  guide and direct those men who would seek the tenants of        
  Masonry.  Have us remember that Saint John The Evangelist       
  quoted you as saying, "I am the light of the world.  Whoever       
  follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light                                       
  of life." Amen.

   Our Chaplain's Prayer for Us

     Father, we thank thee for loving us; for giving us this, another day. 
   Especially this day when we resume our duties to serve thee, thy
   Devine Majesty, through the brotherhood of Masonry.  Guide and
   direct us as we instill on our brethren, the excellent tenants of our
   craft; a profound belief and love of You, our nation, character and
   wisdom.  Keep us ever mindful that we are your sons in your service.  Amen.

   Come to Me, Come to Me

    I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through
    his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through
    faith.  And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have
    power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and
    deep is the love of Christ and to know this love that surpasses knowledge---
